3.Responsibility for Damages
- If your product is damaged during transit due to our
handling or our shipping partner, Jaciks.com will take
full responsibility and arrange a replacement. - To claim a replacement, please notify us within 48 hours
of receiving the package, with photos of the damage.
4.Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For international shipments, customs duties and taxes
may apply as per the laws of the destination country.
